Shipping

Most deliveries should arrive from 3-20 days after your order confirmation email is received for most products. For custom orders and when there are lots of orders, this may take 10-40 days, possibly even longer.

 

These times may be delayed by several factors, including delays in customs processing within your area, or a high number of orders.

 

If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, please call your local post office for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, they may need to get in touch with you before delivery can be completed.

 

Shipping prices depend on your location. However, if you live in Lambton County (in Ontario, Canada), there is no shipping cost but a CAD 5.00 delivery fee instead, or free to pick up in Brights Grove, Ontario, Canada.
